How long is the processing time for orders to ship out?
Orders may take 3-7 business days before they are handed off to USPS. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at lafloralscustomerservice@gmail.com
How does my order ship with the USPS?
Orders from LA Florals are always tracked, which means that your package will ALWAYS have a tracking number. All packages are also sent using USPS ground options, which may take anywhere from 1-5 business days (note: this may be subject to change due to severe weather or busy seasons within USPS).
Does LA Florals accept returns?
LA Florals does not accept returns, but if you have any problems with your order, please reach out to lafloralscustomerservice@gmail.com for a solution, which may result in an exchange.
Does LA Florals accept custom order requests?
Yes! LA Florals is proud to work with their customers to create stickers and custom projects. Please use the contact form page (or the box down below) to tell us about your custom project, and we will get back with you as soon as possible!
